Grievance officer

Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can raise a complaint with our grievance officer at support@easyinvoices.co.in with the subject "Grievance". We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.

Payment questions

If you paid an invoice and something looks wrong, contact the business that sent it first: they received the money directly. We can help them trace it.
